At Eyer Performance, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below and your applicable consumer rights.

1. Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the product. If multiple products are delivered separately under the same order, the period begins when the last product is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Eyer Performance of your decision through a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

2. How to Return a Product

To arrange a return, please contact us at eyer.performance@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• Your contact details

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products to the original shipping address without first checking the return instructions, as products may be dispatched from different fulfillment locations.

Contacting us for return instructions does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal. You may exercise that right through any clear statement sent to our published contact details.

3. Return Conditions

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

You may inspect and handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably do in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Products should be returned with their accessories and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the contract, the applicable consumer protection rules apply, and customers will not be charged return shipping costs where the seller is legally responsible for them.

5. Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No refund fee will be charged.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required.

Your statutory rights, including the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, remain unaffected by this policy.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled by contacting Eyer Performance.

If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, any payment collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable withdrawal and return procedures will apply.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
