What are the three training modes of Polar Verity Sense?
Polar Verity Sense offers three modes: Heart Rate Mode, Recording Mode and Swimming Mode.
Heart Rate Mode broadcasts your heart rate to compatible devices in real time. Recording Mode stores your workout in the sensor's memory. Swimming Mode records heart rate, distance and pace during pool swimming.
Can I use Polar Verity Sense without my phone?
Yes. In Recording Mode, Verity Sense stores your training data in its internal memory, so you do not need to carry your phone during exercise.
After training, you can synchronize your data with Polar Flow. Initial setup and connection to your Polar Flow account are required.
Can Polar Verity Sense be used for swimming?
Yes. Polar Verity Sense is water-resistant to 50 metres and features a dedicated Swimming Mode.
When attached to swimming goggles using the included clip, the sensor can record heart rate, distance and pace during pool swimming. Distance and pace are calculated using the configured pool length and detected turns.
Where should I wear Polar Verity Sense?
You can wear Polar Verity Sense on your forearm or upper arm using the included armband. The sensor should fit snugly against your skin.
For swimming, the included goggle strap clip allows you to position the sensor against your temple.
Does Polar Verity Sense support Bluetooth and ANT+?
